Stay tuned for future virtual training options
This inaugural Fleet Feet Bloomington Virtual Training Program is an 8-week virtual program designed to keep you running (or walking) during these unprecedented times. And we're excited to take this opportunity to change things up and offer some programs we've never had before!
Program Details: Participants will receive an 8-week training schedule with a specific start and end date, similar to our traditional in-person training programs. All virtual athletes will start the Virtual Training Program on April 6 and work toward a common "graduation race" by May 31. Program options include Beginner 5K, Speed Demons 5K, Beginner 10K, Speed Demons 10K or Walk Crew. Once the virtual training program begins, you'll receive weekly assignments on Sunday for running/walking, cross training, and recovery for the following week. At the end of the program all participants will complete a virtual "race" and receive a finisher's medal. If at any point it becomes safe to meet up and run or complete our graduation race together we will!

When: The official program start date will be Monday, April 6 and the program will conclude on May 31. We will also incorporate weekly online socials to meet up "face-to-face" and stay engaged as a group.
Where: Everywhere! We will not meet as a group for the duration of this program. Run your workouts anywhere you choose but please remember to practice safe, social distancing while outside.
Program Cost: $50
As part of this Fleet Feet Bloomington Training Program, you receive:
**A 5K, 10K or walking training plan with weekly workouts
**A weekly supplementary strength workout provided by our staff personal trainer
**The virtual camaraderie of others that want to keep running and maintain running friendships while we are all social distancing
**Educational information on running form, running motivation, nutrition, hydration and more
**Online support from coaches and other participants to answer individual questions and help motivate you on your training journey
**A finisher's medal upon completion of our virtual graduation race
**A 15% store discount for the duration of the program (excludes sale items and electronics)
**Facebook group for participants only and access to a training program graduates Facebook group after program completion
